The fastest and easiest way to reserve and/or check availability (24 hours per day, 7 days a week) is to use our secure online availability and reservation system. Use the icon below or click here.

Please note:
Credit card charges, once processed, will appear as Duck and Pug.
If you are booking more than one suite "online", the system requires that you make separate submissions for each.
The system does not allow bookings for more than 14 nights -- please contact us by telephone or email for reservations of this length.
Reservations for 7 nights or more will show the charges at the full daily rate. The weekly rate will however be applied and reflected in the confirmation letter you receive directly from Duck & Pug. Weekly rates only apply for each full week reserved, i.e. a 10 day booking is charged the weekly rate plus 3 times the nightly rate.
Monthly Reservations for the Winter Season must be arranged by telephone -- the online system will show no vacancies.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Deposits:
- we require a 50% deposit (at the time of booking) of the total reservation charge plus tax, or one night stay plus tax, whichever is greater.
- Payment in full is due at least 30 days prior to check in. Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD or Canadian dollar money order.
- If you book within 30 days of arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your reservation at any time after making the booking there will be a $50+tax service fee
- However, to avoid forfeiture of your entire deposit any changes or cancellation must be received at least 1 month prior to your arrival date. When 2 units or more are booked for the same dates, or for stays over 7 nights, 2 months notice to cancel is required. Your deposit may be refunded providing we are able to rent the unit for the same price and to a full house
- **** NEW CHANGE TO OUR CANCELLATION POLICY - effective January 1, 2011
When a guest has cancelled a paid reservation and we are unable to rent the unit, our guest will now be eligible for a gift certificate for a spring or fall vacation in the same or equivalent unit for the total number of unrented nights. This gift certificate will be valid for 2 years from the date of the original reservation. Holiday weekends are excluded. Please email or telephone to apply for your gift certificate. - No refunds for arrivals later than the original check in date, for early departures or for no-shows
All reservations are subject to the Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of 12%
Minimum 4 night stay unless otherwise arranged by telephone
Rates based upon 1 or 2 people (additional persons - $15.00/night for adults, $5/night for children under 12)
Pets - $7.00/night for small animals -- $10/night for medium and larger animals
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars.
Check-In Time: after 4:00 PM but MUST be in before 9 pm as the office closes at 9pm and you will be unable to gain entry to the park after 9 pm
Check-Out Time: before 11:00 AM
We provide 1 hour of complimentary cleaning to take care of the linens. Additional cleaning will be charged to your credit card at the rate of $25 + tax per hour.
